Shipping:
We understand your frustration of surprising last minute shipping
charges. Therefore, when placing an order with Proud Tots, you can
rest assured the shipping charge will be $4.99 period.**
Stocked orders will be shipped via standard mail within 1-2 days.
All your purchases will be shipped at a flat rate of $4.99 within
the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Canada*.
Please allow 2-7 working days to receive your shipment. All our
items are in stock except taggy blankies, and themed shoes which
are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 14
days to receive customized orders, which include personalized items
and handcrafted apparel. Due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot
guarantee delivery times. Should you need products sooner, we offer
Standard Overnight Express mail service at your expense.
If we notice a request for shipping to an address other than the
billing address, we will not include an invoice with prices with
the order, you will receive an invoice via email.
International orders: You will be contacted via email within
24 hours with a delivery quote. All International orders with the
exception of Canada which are shipped via First Class Mail are shipped
affordably via USPS Priority Mail. We ship small items, such as
soft leather shoes, attire, and accesories in flat rate envelopes,
priced currently at $12, subject to change without notice.
**Wholesale orders are not eligible for the $4.99 flat shipping
rate. Purchases will be shipped via USPS Standard Ground or Priority
Mail. Please contact us via email at: wholesale@proudtots.com.
*The flat rate $4.99 shipping rate also applies to Canadian
orders, however large sized items are subject to additional shipping
charge. Larger sized items include diaper bags, toddler size blankets,
and comforter sets. If such is the case, we will contact the customer
via email with the total invoiced amount. If the customer does not
agree, we must be contacted within 24 hours to cancel the order.
If we do not hear from the customer within 24 hours, we will automatically
ship to Canadian residences via USPS First Class Mail. Please be
mindful that First Class Mail does not provide a delivery tracking
number, and that we are not responsible for packages mishandled
or lost while in transit to Canada. Upon request, we will upgrade
to Priority Mail at the customers' expense.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made to the original place of purchase:
If you purchased your Proud Tots merchandise directly from us,

or call at 1 877-4-PROUD-TOTS or 1-732-536-0144, with your original
order information, Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RAM#).
PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE A STRICTLY WEB BASED COMPANY, DUE TO HIGH CALL
VOLUME, FOR FASTER SERVICE KINDLY CONTACT US VIA EMAIL. Please specify
the date of receipt of purchase, and the reason for the return.
Please note shipping charges will NOT be refunded on items being
returned.
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective,
or we have made an error in spelling or size. These items will be
fixed or replaced. We do not offer refunds on personalized items.
Please be sure of spelling and size before you make your order as
items that have errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be
accepted for a refund or exchange.

If your Proud Tots’ purchases were made through a retailer,
you must contact them directly for assistance. However, if further
assistance is needed, we will be happy to assist you. Contact us

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely
satisfied, you may return your purchased item in original packing
and condition within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or full
refund, less the shipping charges we expensed at the time of your
original order.
Should you need to return an item for exchange, you will be responsible
for all shipping charges, unless of course we are at fault. A
store credit will be issued for items returned after 14 days.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
NOTE: You must obtain a RAM# prior to returning your purchase.
The RAM number must be clearly indicated on the package.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: Custom silk bedding will be assessed a 25%
restocking fee. Personalized items are not returnable.
Shopping for a gift?
If your purchase is for a gift, kindly select this option at checkout
upon review of your order, we will ship to your designated address
and will not include any indication of the price you paid on the
package. Our fabulous
baby blankets, silk blankets, and shoes are wrapped ready for gift
giving. All baby blankets come in white organza bags with drawstring
ribbons. Our shoes are packed in our signature clear tote bags.
If you prefer, we offer gift wrapping service for an additional
$5. We will wrap your special gift in tissue paper, place it in
a premium white gift box, and we will tie a lavish satin ribbon
around it. A handwritten gift card will be placed on the box with
your message.
